Separate what was sent from what was charged
The Canadian Western Union-style template shows a CAD sending amount, transfer fee and destination amount. A new receipt adds the fee to the calculated total, while a switch lets older records retain their manual fee and total notes. Exchange-rate and destination-amount entries remain separate text; the editor does not quote rates or connect to Western Union.

Check all three sending-side amounts
- Enter the parties and transfer reference, removing sample identification details that do not apply.
- Set the full sending amount in the payment row.
- Enter the fee in CAD and check Include transfer fee in calculated total. When enabled, Total Charged adds the items, any item tax and the fee.
- Review any manual total if fee calculation is off. Check the separate destination amount and exchange-rate note before downloading.
