A bank-transfer layout with separate payee details

This Westpac template records a transfer between accounts. It has spaces for the source account, payee name, BSB and account details, followed by the transfer date and references. It is a document editor; it does not connect to Westpac or reprint a merchant card-terminal receipt.

FAQs

Is this a Westpac EFTPOS receipt template?

This version is a bank-transfer layout. It has BSB and account fields rather than the terminal and card-reference fields of an EFTPOS receipt. The credit-card template below is closer to that structure.

Can it retrieve a transaction using my receipt number?

No. A receipt number entered here is printed as text. Check an actual transfer through Westpac’s banking service.

Can I change the currency?

The editor starts with AUD and offers currency settings. Check that every amount and any manually entered notes use the intended currency before exporting.
