A Canadian payment layout with a conversion note
This PayPal version starts in Canadian dollars and keeps the payment note beside the transaction details. It includes sender and recipient emails, a transaction ID, payment type and an exchange-rate field. The rate is a note you enter, rather than a live quote or a calculation linked to PayPal.

Review the currency on every amount
- Replace both email addresses and the example transaction ID.
- Enter the full payment amount in the item row and check the selected currency.
- If the record involves conversion, enter the exchange-rate note separately. It will not recalculate the item amount.
- Review the payment type, note and date before saving a PDF or PNG.
