This Xero template is arranged around a software subscription: customer name, organization, plan and billing period. It starts in AUD and lets you describe the subscription charge and payment method. Can I upload this as a Xero custom receipt template?

The exports here are finished PDF or PNG documents. This page does not create the DOCX branding templates used by Xero’s custom-document tools.

Does changing the billing period alter my subscription?

No. It changes only the text in this receipt. Plan changes, cancellation and billing questions must be handled in Xero.
