FAQs

Does APPROVED mean this site processed a card?

No. Status is editable text. A document created here cannot confirm a payment, refund or authorization.

Does the template calculate a TC or AID?

No. Both are manual fields. If you do not have a value, leave it blank rather than treating the sample as a valid transaction reference.

Are GST and HST selected automatically?

No. Review the tax field and purchase total yourself. Do not assume the sample percentage applies to a different purchase or province.
