This Western Union-style layout starts with an AUD sending amount and provides fields for the receiver’s country, transfer fee, exchange rate and amount received. It also includes the sender, receiver, MTCN and payment method. Those entries describe your record; they do not create or validate a Western Union transfer.

Review each currency amount separately
- Enter the names and destination from the transfer record.
- Copy the MTCN into its field; the sample number is not a live tracking reference.
- Enter the sending amount and fee, then check the Include transfer fee setting. When enabled, the fee is added after any item tax.
- Update the exchange-rate and receiving-amount notes separately. Compare all currency amounts with the source record before exporting.
