ReceiptEdit uses brand logos and styling in its templates solely because the platform creates receipt and invoice simulations for those specific brands. This usage enables users to generate realistic-looking documents for legitimate bookkeeping, record-keeping, and simulation purposes.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the brands whose logos appear in our templates (including but not limited to Walmart, Amazon, Target, Starbucks, McDonald's, Uber, Lyft, and others). If you are a brand owner and want your brand removed from our platform, please contact us at hello@receiptedit.com.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  Browser Drafts: Storage duration depends on the editor and your browser. You can clear stored site data in your browser settings.

  Receipt/Invoice Files: The main receipt export returns a generated file directly. Other receipt and invoice export paths write files to server storage for downloading. These files are not necessarily deleted when you close the page or clear your browser. Contact us about a stored file or deletion request.

  Analytics and Logs: Website analytics and operational logs are separate from editor drafts and generated files. Their retention depends on the service and its settings.
