Keep differently configured meals on separate rows
The Whataburger template gives each item a description, quantity and unit price. Separate rows work well when two meals have different contents or prices. Customer, service and table references can be edited in the information sections above the order.
Put the meal details in the right place

| Individual items | Add separately charged sandwiches, shakes or other items on their own rows. |

Keep offers separate from assumptions
- Entering an employee or promotion reference does not establish that a discount applies. Use the amount and terms shown on the original transaction.
- Description text does not price substitutions. Adjust the item price or add a separate priced row when needed.
