Match the payment to the right vehicle
This car-sale layout starts with a UK-style example in pounds. It keeps the registration mark, make/model, VIN, color and mileage beside the buyer details. Replace the dealership example with the seller information you need, and check both the item description and the separate vehicle fields.

Check the sale figure before export
- Put the amount for the vehicle in the item’s full line amount. Adding another row adds another charge to the subtotal.
- Check the VAT setting rather than leaving the example rate unchanged. The calculator adds the entered percentage to the item subtotal.
- Compare the vehicle description in the item row with the separate make/model, VIN and registration fields.
- Read the footer and replace the example company or payment terms with the wording that applies to your record.
