Keep the service address separate from the business address
For a mobile wash, the business header may show a different address from where the vehicle was cleaned. This layout has a dedicated Service Address row in the customer-information section, plus a service-zone code, vehicle details and technician. Use those fields to identify the job without changing your business contact information.

Prepare the visit record
- Replace both the business address and the actual service address where needed.
- Describe the package, then list only separately charged extras. Add a travel charge as its own row if it was part of the bill.
- Check the item amounts, discount and tax settings against the payment being recorded.
- Review dates, amounts and references inside custom messages as well as the calculated totals. Save a PDF or PNG after checking the full preview.
