Record the car as well as the charge
The Budget car rental receipt template keeps the pickup and return locations, times, vehicle class and license plate together. Its Odometer (Out / In) field is a single note for both readings. The charge table uses complete line amounts, so a multi-day rental needs its full rental charge in one row.
What to enter

| Pickup and return | Enter both locations and both date/time notes independently. |
| Vehicle | Record the class, plate and outward/return odometer readings. |
| Charges | Enter the complete amount for each rental, waiver or accessory line. Quantity is descriptive. |
| Tax and payment | Tax % adds one percentage to all line amounts; Card, Cash and custom payment details are available. |
Read the amount as a full line charge
- For a sample three-day charge of 195, enter 195 in Line amount. A quantity of 3 does not multiply it to 585.
- A change to the return date or odometer note does not add days or mileage charges. Revise the charge rows yourself.
