Record the ticket purchase and collection details
This train ticket receipt template includes both a booking reference and a collection reference, plus a booking transaction ID. It has separate fields for ticket type, class and Railcard Applied. Those entries describe the purchase; they do not book travel or calculate a discounted price.

| Collection | Use Collection Reference for the recorded collection instructions or code. |
| Fare | Each line holds a complete amount. Quantity does not multiply it, and Tax % adds to the complete subtotal. |
Check discounts before entering the fare
- Enter the final charge after any discount already applied to the purchase. Writing a railcard name or percentage in the note does not reduce the item amount.
- A collection code entered here is only printed text. It cannot collect or activate a ticket.
