Keep the trip details beside the fare
This 13cabs receipt template has separate fields for the taxi number, driver, pickup, drop-off and booking reference. Distance and Fare Breakdown are notes you type. They help describe the journey, but the item rows determine its cost. The receipt date and the Trip Date / Time field are also separate entries.
Trip notes and calculated amounts
| Section | Details |

| Journey | Enter the pickup, destination, distance and trip date from your record. |
| Cab and booking | Add the vehicle number, driver and booking reference. |
| Fare | Put the complete charge in Line amount. Quantity does not multiply it. |
| Tax | One Tax % applies to the whole item subtotal and adds tax on top. |
| Payment | Choose Card, Cash or Other / custom; review the details for the selected method. |
Check the fare breakdown
- If you change a charge, update any matching amount in the Fare Breakdown note yourself. The note does not follow the item total.
- A tax-inclusive fare needs care: the percentage field adds tax and does not extract tax already included in an amount.
- Review the full preview, including the booking reference and footer, before choosing PDF or PNG.
