Combine a fuel charge with a store purchase
The Canadian Esso example has separate rows for fuel and a convenience-store item, plus station, pump, grade and volume fields. Those fuel references are editable text. The line amounts supply the charges, and one entered tax percentage applies to the combined subtotal.
