Using a Sheetz Receipt

Keep the receipt for any packaged in-store item you may need to return; Sheetz handles returns at the store level at manager discretion.
Fuel transactions are generally non-refundable once dispensed, but a receipt is required if there is a billing dispute or pump error.
For fleet or business fuel purchases, the receipt is the primary documentation for expense reimbursement; Sheetz does not automatically email receipts unless the pump or kiosk offers that option.
If you paid at the pump and the receipt did not print, you can go inside and ask the cashier to reprint the transaction receipt for that pump and session.

Does Sheetz send digital or email receipts?

Sheetz does not automatically email receipts. Some pump terminals offer a text or email receipt option at checkout, but this is not available at every location. The Sheetz app tracks Rewardz points but does not currently provide a full itemized receipt history.

How do I look up a past Sheetz transaction?

If you paid by credit or debit card, your bank or card statement will show the charge amount and date. For a full itemized receipt, you would need to contact the specific Sheetz store with the date, time, and pump or register number.

Why does a Sheetz receipt show two separate tax lines sometimes?

Fuel excise tax is built into the posted per-gallon price and does not appear as a separate line. A second tax line appears when the transaction includes taxable in-store items such as food, beverages, or merchandise, which are subject to state and local sales tax.
