An AUD layout for PayPal transaction details
The Australian PayPal template focuses on email addresses and transaction information. It includes a payment-source field and a separate transaction date alongside the receipt’s main date. Enter the details from your own record and check the amount before exporting; this page cannot fetch information from PayPal.
Fields in the Australian version

Keep the two dates consistent
- Enter the email addresses and transaction ID, checking each against the source record.
- Review the separate transaction date as well as the date at the top of the receipt.
- Replace the payment description and complete amount. Quantity does not multiply the row amount in this layout.
- Check the payment source and status, remove irrelevant sample notes and save the PDF or PNG.
