FAQs

Does the editor know the current Coinstar fee?

No. You enter a fee amount yourself. Coinstar’s help page explains that actual cash-service fees can vary by location; check the kiosk transaction for the applicable charge.

What happens if the fee is larger than the coins are worth?

The editor flags the amount rather than displaying a negative payout. Correct the fee or counts before exporting.

Can the barcode be redeemed at a store?

No. Editing or generating a barcode here does not create a valid Coinstar voucher. Original voucher issues must be handled through Coinstar or the relevant kiosk location.
