Record the products and store visit
The Halfords example starts with a battery, motor oil and a cleaning product. Replace those rows with the purchases you want to record and update the store number and colleague name. The membership fields are manual notes; they do not retrieve an account or apply Motoring Club benefits.

Check the receipt before downloading
- Use the full amount for each item row. Quantity is shown for reference and does not multiply the line amount.
- Check whether your source prices already include VAT. This editor adds the entered VAT percentage to the subtotal.
- Enter membership information only when it belongs on the record; the notes do not calculate points or discounts.
- Review the example footer rather than treating it as current returns guidance.
