Describe the work inside a detailing package
A full interior detail and a quick exterior wash are different jobs. Use the item descriptions to show what the customer paid for, such as upholstery cleaning, waxing or a ceramic coating. The customer name, vehicle and registration plate have their own fields, keeping the service rows readable.

Preparing a detailing receipt
- Replace the sample packages with the work performed. Separate paid extras from services already included in a package.
- Enter each row’s full charge in Line amount. Quantity is descriptive in this layout and does not multiply the charge.
- Check Tax % against the figures you are recording. It adds that percentage to the subtotal, so avoid adding tax again to prices that already include it.
- Review the footer and payment text. Any guarantee, registration number or card reference there is text you supply.
