Describe the rail journey you are recording
The Heathrow Express receipt template separates the journey date from the receipt date. It also gives Ticket Type and Class of Travel their own fields. Use those details to describe the purchase while entering the charge independently; neither the station names nor the departure time calculates a price.
Journey and payment details

Check the station names and dates
