Write a clear record of the tab
This bar receipt has a compact drink list followed by tax, tip and payment information. Its price field is the amount for the whole line. Quantity is printed beside the description, but it does not multiply that amount automatically.
Fill out the tab
| Section | Details |

| Venue | Enter the bar name, address, telephone number and terminal reference. |
| Drinks | Use the description to identify the drink and size. |
| Line amounts | Enter the complete charge for the quantity shown on that row. |
| Tax and tip | Set the tax percentage and enter the tip as an amount. |
| Payment | Review the card type and last digits alongside the final total. |
Check rounds before adding the tip
- For three drinks at 8 each, enter quantity 3 and line amount 24. Entering 8 would charge only 8 for that row.
- The editor does not split a tab between guests or track a card pre-authorization. Use the amounts from the settled tab.
