An optical purchase with a frame reference
This Specsavers layout gives the patient name, frame reference and optometrist their own fields. The purchase list can separate a frame, lenses and other charges. It records the amounts you enter; it does not store an optical prescription, calculate lens measurements or determine voucher eligibility.
