Retail purchases with an optional points record
This Boots layout records item purchases rather than a pharmacy weight or BMI reading. The store number, staff member and Advantage Card fields sit alongside the item and payment details. Points Earned and Points Balance are entered text; the receipt total does not calculate them or update a loyalty account.
