An A4 invoice with separate shipping parties
The Farfetch template is a commercial-invoice layout rather than a narrow till slip. It separates the seller, shipping origin, importer and delivery recipient. Each product can carry composition, country of origin and an HS code beneath its description.
Complete the invoice in order

| Parties | Fill in the seller, shipping-from, importer and shipping-to names and addresses separately. |
| References | Enter the order and invoice numbers. Only use VAT or EORI details from the source document. |
| Products | Enter quantity and unit sales price, plus composition, origin and an HS code when known. |
| Discount and tax | The discount is a money amount for the whole line. Select inclusive or exclusive tax and set each line’s tax percentage. |
| Output | Review the A4 page and tax-summary table, then use Download Invoice to save a PDF. |

- Origin, composition and customs identifiers are manual entries. The editor does not classify goods or verify registration numbers.
