Keep the part number beside the purchase
A description such as oil filter is easier to match to a purchase when its part number is recorded too. This template gives each item a description, quantity, price and two code fields. The store address and transaction details sit above the item table, with payment references below it.

Check the sample details before downloading
- Replace the sample store, date and part codes with the information you intend to record.
- Enter a unit price for each part. Quantity is multiplied by that price; two parts at $12.50 produce a $25.00 line total.
- Review each tax row. Adding a second rate adds another tax charge against the same subtotal.
- Read the footer as well as the totals. Its promotional wording and dates are editable example text, not a current store offer.
