An itemized layout for an auto-parts purchase
Use the store code, receipt code and transaction number to distinguish one purchase from another. Each item row has room for its description and quantity. Payment information and editable messages follow the totals. These fields create a document from your entries; they do not connect to an AutoZone account.
What to enter

Review the amounts and identifiers
- Use a unit amount rather than the full charge for several identical parts. A quantity of 3 at $4.00 gives a $12.00 item total.
- Check the tax selection on each row and the configured rate before comparing the receipt total with your source information.
- For a cash payment, enter cash tendered and check the displayed change. Card references and survey text should be reviewed separately.
- Remove any sample promotion or return wording that does not describe the purchase you are recording.
