Reconcile the deposit with the final payment
The Vdara folio includes dated charge and credit rows, a separate Deposit Applied amount and a separate final payment. The balance subtracts those credits, the deposit and payment from the total charges. This makes it important to record a deposit only once, rather than repeating it in a credit row.
