Avoid duplicate charges and conflicting notes
- Make clear whether the amount records a single wash or a membership payment. Use a description that matches the transaction.
- Keep included package services out of the list of separately charged extras.
- Check the tax and discount percentages in the item section. They are entries you choose, not rates supplied by Club Car Wash.
- Review dates and references repeated in custom messages and payment rows. Changing one field does not update every text occurrence.
