The Quick Quack editor has individual fields for the wash location, contact number, Helped By name and license plate. Add a description and amount for each service, then use the offer and discount fields only when they apply to the payment you are recording. This page edits a document; it does not access a Quick Quack membership.

How the discount changes the total
- Enter the full charge for each service row. The amount is added directly; quantity is not a price multiplier here.
- Use Discount Amount for a money amount, not a percentage. The editor subtracts it before calculating tax.
- Remove example offer text when no discount applies and confirm the plate belongs to the vehicle serviced.
- For cash, check the payment and change fields against the actual amount received before downloading.
