Keep the wash and the vehicle details together
A truck-wash record can cover a tractor, a trailer and several additional services. This layout separates the service rows from driver and vehicle information, so a fleet record need not squeeze every detail into an item description. The example includes exterior washing and rinse services; replace those with the work you need to record.
Sections you can use

Before saving a fleet copy
- Expand the relevant editor section to replace its example values. Use the two-column section for identifiers such as a unit number or trailer plate.
- List each separately charged wash service once. If a package already includes a rinse, do not add the same charge again as an extra.
- Check any dates and amounts written inside messages or payment rows. Manually entered text does not become a live record from the wash location.
