A short product and customer receipt
The Tom Ford layout records the customer and salesperson above an item table. Product description, color, product ID and item code identify each entry. Prices are entered as complete line amounts, with tax calculated on their subtotal.
Fill in the product references

Use the complete price for each line
- Quantity is descriptive in this layout. For two pieces at 69 each, enter quantity 2 and line amount 138.
- Product IDs and color codes come from your entries; the editor does not check a Tom Ford catalog.
