Keep product codes beside the item description
The Gucci receipt layout includes a code, description and salesperson for each product. Store and register references identify the transaction, while the lower section breaks out the subtotal, tax and payment. The sample figures can be replaced without changing the layout.
From item entry to payment

| Purchaser | Use the customer name and ID fields for your purchase record. |
| Products | Enter quantity and unit price. The item amount follows their multiplication. |
| Tax analysis | Choose the tax percentage and descriptive code shown in the summary. |
| Cash | When using cash, enter the amount received and review the calculated change. |
Review the completed table
- Check that an item code belongs to the description beside it. The editor does not validate style numbers.
- The tax percentage is entered manually; changing a boutique address does not change it.
