One list for books, café items and accessories
The Barnes & Noble sample combines book titles and ISBNs with café items and a gift bag. Keeping each purchase on its own row makes the list easier to check, especially when two editions have similar titles. Store and membership information appears in separate sections, and the item list calculates quantities, discounts and tax.

Build an item list that is easy to read
- Replace the store information and check any date repeated in an information section.
- Enter each title with enough detail to identify its edition. ISBNs are printed text, so check them against your record.
- Add café items separately and set the quantities and unit prices.
- Review the discount, tax and payment sections. Any reference amount in a text section needs its own check.
