The receipt repeats its total in a cash-tender table and a final sales line. Those values are separate manual fields. The example uses a $20.00 buffet and $3.00 drink, $1.90 tax, $25.00 cash and $0.10 change.

It uses the cash layout shown on the selected Laredo receipt. A separate CASH/PAIDOUT row records the change, followed by the closing date/time and server name.
All amounts are manual, including the repeated sales, tax and tally figures. Check those fields after changing an item charge.
