The source prints returned change with a minus sign. The example receives 40.00 USD for a 35.00 purchase and prints -5.00 on the Change Cash line.
The biodiesel and state-tax wording is preserved from the 2021 source receipt. It is historical merchant printing, not a claim about fuel currently sold at every station.
