This English GNC receipt template follows a Guardian Healthcare Services invoice from India. It uses INR and separate IGST columns. The second page carries the final HSN-summary row, so both pages remain part of the export.

The two goods rows have independent quantity, rate, taxable value, IGST and amount fields. The HSN summary is also manual. The example has INR1,200.00 in taxable goods and INR216.00 IGST, for INR1,416.00 in total.
