The example groups four USD 8.00 combos for USD 32.00, adds one USD 8.00 combo and uses zero pickup amount and tax, giving USD 40.00 total and card tender.
That line is printed on the selected council-purchase receipt. It remains an editable reference and amount; the editor does not validate exemption status or calculate tax.
The selected complete 2013 format ends with the location, customer-service number and Check Closed. It does not contain a survey promotion, so one is not added from another receipt.
Yes. The optional upload replaces the historical Lotz Better mark. Removing the upload restores that source mark while the merchant-address text stays separately editable.
