Keep catalog numbers with the products
This Argos receipt layout puts a catalog reference alongside each product description. The store, till, operator and transaction fields sit below the payment section, making it possible to keep checkout references separate from item codes. The sample uses pounds and includes an editable footer for any notes that belong to your record.
Product codes and checkout references

| Checkout | Store number, till number, transaction number and operator |
| Amounts | Sum of the entered line amounts, with the selected tax rate added |
| Payment | Method, last four card digits and authorization reference |
Enter the full amount for each row
- Use the product description for both the catalog number and a readable product name.
- Enter the complete row amount. The quantity field prints on the receipt but does not multiply that amount.
- Review the tax setting: this layout adds tax to the subtotal rather than extracting it from tax-inclusive prices.
- Check the store references and footer, then download the preview.
