This Lebara invoice template follows the complete UK monthly-plan format. It has one plan charge, a separate VAT amount and a statement that no further payment is required. The issuer address, blue wordmark, table and VAT-registration footer are retained.

The example uses a GBP20.00 plan price and GBP4.00 VAT, giving GBP24.00 total. These amounts are manual. Changing the plan description or VAT-rate wording does not recalculate them.
